Receiving X Premium as a gift does not automatically lead to account suspension. X Premium gifting is an official X feature, and recipients are simply expected to comply with X's Premium eligibility requirements and platform rules.

However, X may still review, restrict, or suspend accounts that already violate its policies or exhibit signs of spam, platform manipulation, impersonation, account compromise, fake engagement, abusive behavior, or other deceptive activity.

To minimize the risk of enforcement, ensure your account is active and authentic, has a profile photo and display name, has a verified phone number or email (where required), and does not engage in spammy or suspicious behavior.

Based on our experience, suspensions following Premium gifting are extremely rare and typically occur because the account had already been flagged before the subscription was applied. SubHub is not responsible for any enforcement actions resulting from previous or ongoing violations of X's policies.

1. Avoid spamming replies, mentions, direct messages, or repetitive posts.
2. Do not use bots, fake engagement, engagement groups, or services that artificially inflate likes, reposts, followers, or replies.
3. Do not impersonate another individual, brand, organization, or public figure.
4. Do not use false, misleading, stolen, or deceptive profile information.
5. Do not post threats, harassment, hateful content, or abusive material.
6. Respect people's privacy—do not share another person's private information without permission.
7. Do not promote illegal, restricted, or harmful products or services.
8. Do not use hacked, compromised, or suspicious accounts.
9. Avoid making multiple profile changes immediately after subscribing—especially your username, display name, profile photo, or bio.
10. Keep your email address and phone number verified whenever possible.
